AFTERBURN ships to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping option.

Shipping charges

The following rates apply in all three countries. All amounts are in US dollars (USD).

Orders below $39.99 USD: $5.99 USD shipping.
Orders of $39.99 USD or more: free shipping.

The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

Order processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 days.

Order updates

We will email you when your order is dispatched. Tracking details, when available, will be included in your shipping confirmation.

Customs duties and import taxes

For cross-border orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country, unless those charges were already collected at checkout. Amounts not collected at checkout may be payable to the carrier or customs authority.

Address changes and order issues

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need to correct it, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. We will review your request, but changes may no longer be possible once an order has been dispatched.

If a parcel appears lost, arrives damaged, or you need help with its progress, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
